• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be comfortable building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the entire property process.
• Client-Focused: We value professionals who are not just sales-driven but genuinely client-focused. If you have a strong ability to build and nurture relationships while delivering exceptional customer service, we want you on board.
• Driven & Motivated: The Dubai real estate market is competitive, and we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to achieving and exceeding their goals.
