Job Description:


As a Sales and Application Specialist at Science Oasis Trading Company, you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer support for our products. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate the value of our offerings and guide customers through the application and integration process. This role involves a combination of sales, technical expertise, and customer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Product Knowledge:


Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.

Act as a subject matter expert on our offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.


Customer Engagement:


Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active communication and follow-up.

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our products.


Technical Support:


Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.

Assist customers with product installation, integration, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.


Sales Strategy:


Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Generate leads, prospect new clients, and qualify potential customers.

Prepare and present proposals and quotes to customers.


Market Research:


Stay up-to-date with competitors, and emerging technologies.

Provide feedback and insights to improve our products and services based on market analysis.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Genetics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in Medical and Laboratory Supplies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration abilities.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and explain complex concepts.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
