About The Role

isha Architects is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, managing, and executing a variety of Architectural Design projects.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules.

- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define and achieve project goals and objectives.

- Monitor project progress closely, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors to streamline project execution.

- Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare detailed project reports and documentation to track progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Engineer within the consultation / construction industry.

- Proven experience as a BIM Architect :

• BIM Level 3
• Advanced experince up to LOD 400 , 500
• Proficiency in Revit , Navisworks , dynamo , synchro . 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
