About the Role:

Understanding of microservices principles, including decomposition, communication protocols, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency with Docker for containerization of microservices, including creating Docker images, Docker Compose for managing multi-container applications, and Docker Swarm or Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools for automating the build, test, and deployment pipelines of microservices.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) for deploying and managing microservices in the cloud.
• Familiarity with Apigee or similar API management platforms for designing, deploying, and monitoring APIs in a microservices architecture.
• Understanding of API gateway concepts and experience in configuring and managing API gateways for routing, authentication, and security.
• Good knowledge in Oracle Database instance and deployment.
• Experience in deployment over cloud or VM environments.
• Understanding of networking concepts in a microservices architecture, including service discovery, load balancing, and security best practices such as TLS encryption and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Proficiency in scripting languages like YAML.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed microservices environment and implement solutions.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps, microservices, cloud computing, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Computer field (CIS, BIS, CS), or any related field.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a relevant position.
