Report Analyst

Report Analyst - (shift Mon - Fri 2-10.30pm)

The person who fills the position will be responsible for collection, analyses, and conversion of complex raw data and comprehensive information into written reports, graphs, dashboards, and other outputs. The report analyst will make the reports easy for the average reader or non-technical employees/customers to understand. Will take raw information to explore and discover information based on company need for metrics, dashboards, and basic knowledge of revenue, profitability, process times, and success and failure rates, along with many more subsets of information.

The role will require the incumbent to present financial information or data in an easy-to-understand manner to enhance communication between Acuative and its customers, employees, and/or between the different departments. Sometimes, the leadership team may ask report writers to provide an analytical review or their opinion on the data. Report writers are responsible for administering and managing the data from which they make their reports.

Responsibilities

•The Analyst performs analysis and prepares reports to support field operations, dispatch and routing, and other functional areas

•This role is accountable for owning many of the reporting systems used by Acuative for installation activity, Maintenance SLA

• Prepare, distribute, and evaluate Field Operations goals and metrics.

• Monitor and maintain weekly metric reports and update dashboards accordingly

• Maintain day-to-day communication with the Vice President of Field Operations.

• Produce quality results in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

• Represent Acuative professionally and ethically while performing daily tasks.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and the general public.

• Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance according to Acuative policies.

• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and those of direct reports.

• Adhere to company policies, regulations, procedures, and principles.

• Assist in other duties as needed and directed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to create dashboards using various systems

Ability to multitask within the high pressure of a fast paced Field Service Organization

Strong communication and presentation skills

Mastery of MS applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Access with a focus on data gathering, analysis, and presentation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Thorough understanding of technology commonly used by clients and employees.

Ability to explain technical problems to nontechnical employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working for an ISP, Telecom provider, Network Service provider, or other direct-to-consumer industries.

• Proficiency in data collection, analyzation of data, and management software.

Education and Experience:

Three years of experience or; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
