Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator at DOT Jordan. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for training coordination, development, and delivery of programs, as well as effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

- A minimum of two years of experience in coordination or training, preferably in digital skills.

- Previous volunteer experience with an organization providing related services or activities.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.

- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

- Good knowledge of computer and digital software (e.g., e-learning tools, email, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).

- A valid driver’s license and strong driving skills.

- Must hold Jordanian nationality.

- Must be a resident of Jordan (Central or Northern region).
