Job Description

Responsibilities:

\[ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.

\[ Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.

\[ Coordinate with marketing department to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales strategies.

\[ Analyse sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.

\[ Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients.

\[ Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

\[ Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

\[ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\[ Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

\[ Experience in recycling, treatment and processing of recyclable waste is a MUST

\[ 3+ Years of experience in a similar Industries (recycling, E-Waste, specialized waste, ITAD…or Waste Management) with a proven track record of success.

\[ Strong sales and negotiation skills

\[ UAE Driving License + Own Car

\[ Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

\[ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

\[ Knowledge of the corporate services industry

\[ Ability to build and maintain client relationships
