Ticketing Officer
We are seeking a Sales Advisor with a bachelor's degree in Tourism or related fields. The ideal candidate possesses excellent English language skills and holds 0-1 years of experience. Proficiency in ticketing systems such as Galileo and Amadeus is a key requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in sales interactions.
- Utilize expertise in Galileo and/or Amadeus ticketing systems.
- Assist customers with travel arrangements, inquiries, and bookings.
- Meet sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
