What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a customer service officer, the aim of the department is to help e-commerce managers generate more revenues through BusinessChat.
Customer service team responsibilities include onboarding new customers, proactively assuring optimal product utilization, in a timely manner supporting incoming requests, and building long-term relationships with High-Value customers.
Responsibilities:
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Establish clear client retention goals
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
- Promote the value of the product
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission
- Adopt and comply with success procedures, policies, and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service/ success actions and discussions
Requirements and skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service departments preferably in the software, telecommunications, or major e-commerce player
- Proficiency in English
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
