Civil Foreman with Driving License – Fit-Out Works & Finishing

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Civil Foreman with a valid driving license to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in managing fit-out projects, delivering exceptional finishes, and overseeing site operations, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all aspects of civil and fit-out works, including site preparation, installation, and finishing.

- Coordinate with material purchasing department, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects according to specifications.

- Ensure that all works are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

- Manage daily site operations, including workforce management, material delivery, and quality control.

- Oversee and inspect the work of subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure high-quality finishes.

- Prepare daily and weekly site reports, highlighting progress, issues, and any required actions.

- Resolve any on-site issues quickly and effectively to minimize delays.

- Ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials for uninterrupted workflow.

- Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Civil Foreman, with a focus on fit-out works and finishing.

- Proven experience in managing high-end interior fit-out projects, including commercial offices, retail spaces, and residential units.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

- Familiar with the use of project management tools and techniques.

- Valid driving license is a must.
