IT Payment Applications Support Specialist

Job Summary:

IT Payment Applications Support is responsible to implement payment projects and provide the required technical support, also is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting software applications used in the Bank. This role involves coordinating between various stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of payment solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


Accountabilities & Key Roles :

  • Implement new systems and participate in all project phases including planning, execution, and monitoring, also to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope.
  • Provide the needed technical support for payment applications including troubleshooting and resolving the issues.
  • Handle the first level of support and respond on the daily reported issues.
  • Provide the technical support for the business users on their quires and issues.
  • Perform a regular health check for the systems and apply the patches, updates, etc.
  • Analyze application performance and resolve technical issues in coordination with the other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers, IT companies, etc. to address the reported applications problems.
  • Handle the IT testing cycle for new systems or changes.
  • Apply the security requirements on the applications to ensure the application is comply with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Build an advance system monitoring dashboard for the application performance and critical issues.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
  • Proven experience in IT projects related to payment systems or financial technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 3 – 5 Years of experience in IT banking or payments applications.
  • Experience in a banking or Financial services & products.
