Job Summary:
The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold Visits, networking, and social media.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, present our solutions, and close sales.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales results.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in [specific industry or type of sales, if applicable] is a plus.
- Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
o Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
