Your Role
The primary function of the role is to be responsible for a determined effort to coordinate the Road Logistics Business and ensure the smooth handling of all job files as well as the process and documentation of both system and physical handling.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure to process all documentation/operations correctly and in a timely manner as per internal systems.
- Take care of releasing/dispatching shipments in accordance with customer requirements and ensure the highest standards of customer care are always achieved.
- Follow up on transportation contractors and drivers.
- Follow up on booking confirmation with customers.
- Control deviations and discrepancies.
- Provide the office with reports on the status of shipments.
- Ensure strong, long-term business relationships with all third parties at the ports.
- Ensure smooth hand-over to back up in case of absence.
Your Skills and Experiences
- 1-3 Years of Experience in Experience in Inland container business
- Bachelor's degree in related
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proactive personality and high sense of ownership
- Maintains a positive attitude despite adversity.
- Client and Goal oriented
- Flexible mindset to work in shifts and ability to adapt to different time zones.
