Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission Sales Associate to join our team in the digital printing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our digital printing services.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and prospecting.

Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital printing solutions.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our digital printing products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.Sales Str

ategy: Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Proposal Management: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Order Management: Oversee the sales process from initial contact through to order fulfillment and follow-up.

Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.


Qualifications:


Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the digital printing or related industry, is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with digital printing technologies and products is a plus.

Motivation: Self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.

Compensation:


Competitive base salary plus commission based on sales performance.
