Responsiblities:
- Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to drive business growth.
- Train, mentor, and support team members, providing guidance and feedback to improve skills and productivity.
- Oversee daily operations of the sales team, including monitoring performance metrics and managing client relationships.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in UAE REAL ESTATE sales with experience leading a team.
- Strong skills in motivating and managing a sales team.
- Strong personality with great communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in sales strategies and techniques specific to real estate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
- Experience in training and developing team members.
- Effective at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Commitment to high levels of client satisfaction.
- Proficient with real estate CRM and sales software.
- Understanding of UAE real estate laws and standards.
