As we grow, we are looking for an Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks at our office in Amman. The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations, supporting the team, and handling communication and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle communication and correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Maintain office records and filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and reporting.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in basic bookkeeping or familiarity with accounting software.
  • Knowledge of HR processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
