We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Outreach & Career Coach. This role combines outreach efforts to bring in more students and career coaching to help our graduates secure fulfilling jobs in the tech field.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students to our BootCamp.
• Identify and build relationships with potential students, educational institutions, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach activities such as webinars, online workshops, and virtual events to promote the BootCamp.
• Manage and optimize outreach campaigns through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
• Track and analyze outreach efforts to continuously improve recruitment strategies and achieve enrollment targets.

Career Coaching:

• Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions to graduates, helping them refine their job search strategies, resumes, cover letters, and portfolios.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to prepare graduates for real-world job interviews.
• Assist graduates in identifying job opportunities, networking, and navigating the job application process.
• Collaborate with industry partners to create job placement opportunities for graduates.
• Track graduates' progress and provide ongoing support until they secure employment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and job market demands to better guide graduates in their career paths.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in outreach, student recruitment, or a related role.
• Experience in career coaching, career counseling, or a similar role within the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of the tech industry, coding BootCamps, and job market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for outreach and career coaching.
• Passion for helping others achieve their educational and career goals.

• Flexible Working Hours: Benefit from a 9-hour workday with a 1-hour break distributed throughout the day in 15-minute increments. We offer flexible working hours, with a requirement to overlap with the team for at least 2 hours between 10 AM - 3 PM and 7 PM - 12 AM.
