Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in fabrication and will play a key role in producing high-quality products according to client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to fabricate metal and other materials.
• Use tools and machinery such as welding machines, grinders, saws, and presses to cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
• Perform precision fabrication and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
• Measure and verify dimensions using measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
• Operate and maintain fabrication equipment and ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively with team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and suggest improvements when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of proven experience as a fabricator in metalwork or a related industry.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Expertise in welding, cutting, bending, and assembling various materials.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to use fabrication tools and equipment effectively.
• Attention to detail and precision in fabrication work.
• Ability to work long hours (10 hours per day) in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
