Job Description: Call Center Representative
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
Workdays: 5 days a week (2 days off)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues.
- Convert provided leads into successful outcomes.
- Update customer information in the system.
