Summary:
As a Social Media Officer at Ahli Bank, you will be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will manage and expand our presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and oversee the creation of engaging content including short-form videos like reels and stories. Your role will involve real-time coverage of bank events, collaboration with various departments to launch and follow up on campaigns, and management of internal communication tools and marketing SMS portals. You will also analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure optimal engagement. Staying abreast of social media trends and integrating new ideas into our strategy will be crucial to your role.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.
- Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and manage content calendars to effectively engage our audience and support our brand goals.
- Generate and implement innovative content ideas, including short-form videos such as reels and stories, to capture attention and effectively promote our campaigns and initiatives, ensuring high levels of engagement and effective communication of our key messages.
- Oversee real-time social media coverage of Jordan Ahli Bank’s events to boost visibility and interaction with our audience.
- Work closely with team members and various departments to initiate and follow up on new campaigns and projects.
- Manage and monitor a social media internal communication tool.
- Manage and send marketing SMSs portal to Jordan Ahli Bank customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
- Optimize social media platforms to achieve high performance and engagement rate.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Incorporate new ideas and trends into our content strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in social media management or a related role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Platform Expertise: Proficient in managing and growing social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter(X), and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Skilled in creating and managing content calendars, with a strong ability to develop engaging and innovative content, including short-form videos.
- Event Coverage: Experience in providing real-time social media coverage for events and promotions.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with various teams and departments to drive campaigns and projects forward.
- Communication Tools: Experience in managing internal communication tools and marketing SMS portals.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills to monitor, assess, and report on social media performance metrics.
