Job Description
- Supervise all elements of production and maintenance processes in the factory including manpower, raw material, finish good, production lines, tools, equipment’s in coordinating with direct management.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production equipment and processes.
- Comply with product specifications, quality control measures and standards, safety instructions & company instructions.
- Plan and execute a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance team to promptly address equipment breakdowns, repairs and facilitate all maintenance operations in the company including facility and other internal maintenance operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain optimum stock to support maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and related documentation.
- Train, coach and educate production and maintenance team on several aspect of their tasks, best practices, safety procedures.
- Prepare daily process orders on SAP and ensure compliance with operating procedures.
- Contributes to the development of several processes and procedures & Escalates issues to management and recommends solutions.
- Prepare daily and frequent reports and different analysis to review performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering ; electrical or mechatronics.
- SAP experience is preferable
- Excellent Team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent reporting skills.
