Naouri Group is seeking a creative and talented individual with expertise in both graphic design and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and dynamic content that aligns with our brand identity and enhances our digital and print presence. This role will involve working closely with the marketing team to develop content that engages our audience across various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Develop and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and website visuals.
- Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and design elements that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and visual assets.
Motion Design
- Design and animate motion graphics for video content, including explainer videos, promotional videos, and social media animations.
- Create dynamic visual content that enhances storytelling and brand messaging.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all designs and animations are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and motion graphics.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to create engaging and dynamic animations and visual effects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently as well as part of a team.
