Kempinski Hotel Amman is looking for a talented Staff Registered Nurse who will be an addition to the vibrant Human Resources Team.

As a Staff Registered Nurse you are kindly requested to apply the following tasks:

Job Tasks:

As a Staff Registered Nurse, you are kindly requested to apply the following tasks:

·        Assure quality care by adhering to standards & procedures set by the hotel.

·        Provides care education to the hotel employees, in coordination with the training department of the hotel through its staff orientation & training courses …etc.

·        Handling the employees health cases in coordination with the hotel doctor.

·        Archiving the hotel employees sickness history.

·        Handling the medical insurance forms submission and receiving process in coordination with the HR department.

·        Handling the employee’s daily tours.

·        Handling the clinic medicines “Submission, consumption, expiry dates …etc.” 

·        Handling the hotel clinic equipment.

·        Evaluate the candidate’s health ability in coordination with the hotel doctor according to the hotel standards and procedures.

·        Monitor the medical forms misusage and follow up with the hotel doctor regarding the staff cases.

·        Build a strong relationship with the surrounding doctors, and arrange the appointments of the employee’s visits.

·        Monitor the employee’s sick leaves in coordination with the hotel doctor and the HR department.

Education Level: Bachelor Degree is a must.

Job Details: Unlimited employment contract.

Job Level: Level 6 - You will be directly reporting to the Human Resources Manager.

Payment: According to the hotel salaries scale.
