Sales Manager

Our comprehensive debt settlement services cover various types of unsecured debts, including credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, and specific student loans.

What you'll be doing?

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to lead, manage, and mentor a team of over 50 sales agents in a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance. This role is critical to the success of our team and the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 50+ sales agents while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, focusing on revenue growth, client acquisition, and client retention.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generating detailed reports and providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and reduce objections.
  • Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track trends, and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance training programs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance culture focused on accountability and success within the team.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing large teams (50+ agents) in a high-compliance, high-objection environment, preferably within the debt industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, demonstrated success in driving performance and achieving sales targets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and report generation.
  • In-depth understanding of compliance regulations, with experience in implementing processes that ensure adherence.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, making informed decisions, and effectively presenting findings.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales management or compliance are a plus.

Employment Type: Full Time - On Site (6:00 PM - 2:30 AM)

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday - Friday) (6th day per business needs)
