Our Client is a Market leader in the Cryptocurrency Industry and are looking for an Operations Associate (Trader) to join them. This role is Fully Remote!

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze trading data, transaction data, and user behavior to identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
• Liquidity Management: Conduct liquidity planning to efficiently manage funds in bank accounts and with liquidity providers.
• Transaction Management: Manage credit lines, settlement processes, and execute over-the-counter (OTC) trades.
• Reporting: Export reports from liquidity providers, analyze, and document relevant data.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions, monitor payment service provider transactions, and address inquiries and chargebacks.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to the client relations team, addressing issues and user inquiries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Team for due diligence on new asset listings and communicate with vendors for product evaluation and onboarding.
• Vendor Communication: Collaborate with liquidity providers to resolve bugs, issues, and inquiries promptly.
• Research: Conduct research on solutions and products related to ongoing development initiatives, providing operational insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1-3 years in financial operations within the crypto asset industry or related financial sector/trading firms.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and generating reports/dashboards.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in executing OTC trades is a plus.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
