Job Description:
We are seeking a Spa Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves managing client appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage spa appointments and scheduling using our booking system
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding spa services and promotions
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and handling any special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with inventory management and retail product sales
- Provide clients with information about spa services, treatments, and packages
- Support, observe and assist spa staff with various administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or feedback
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a spa, hospitality, or wellness setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking
