Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Operation Assistant to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing robust operations programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and safety performance within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate management systems to comply with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other similar frameworks and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance workflow efficiency and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality and safety procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and participate in customer feedback, complaint handling, and resolution processes.
• Monitoring the quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs.
• Obtaining quotes for transportation and making cost comparisons along with providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
• Utilizing our ERP system to support efficient operational management by following established processes and leveraging system tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from a reputable university.
• 2 years of experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Awareness of quality and occupational health and safety regulations, with knowledge of ISO 9001 and 45001 standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with ERP systems for operational management and data handling.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing and design tasks.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Flexibility in embracing new challenges and learning opportunities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
