We are seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development Professional to join our team and drive client acquisition for our recruitment and outsourcing business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the UAE / international market, with a focus on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mind-set.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and business development in the recruitment or outsourcing industry is a must.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients in the UAE market.

Strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and execute plans.

Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.

UAE experience is a must, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and business environment with in Staffing and Recruitment Industry.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred.
