Job Purpose:

Manage and oversee security functions at JORAMCO’s station, ensuring safety, security, and smooth operations in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise security staff and monitor premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, and violations.
• Develop and implement security plans and protocols for all facilities.
• Provide support on security-related issues to all departments.
• Monitor and manage security systems and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct regular security inspections and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with local police when necessary and handle audits for customers and airports.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Accredited certificates or courses in property security are a plus.
• 8 years of experience in the MRO or aviation industry preferred.
• Familiar with security field concepts and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of EASA regulations is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Ability to use metal detectors and X-ray devices.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
