Role Summary:


As the Branding & Communication Team Leader, primary responsibility is to craft and implement strategies that elevate the company's brand perception and effectively convey its messages to target audiences. This role entails overseeing all branding endeavors and communication channels to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's objectives.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Brand Strategy Development: Lead the formulation of comprehensive brand strategies that resonates with the Company's overarching goals and ethos. Define target demographics, establish brand positioning, and devise messaging frameworks to distinguish the brand within the market.

  • Brand Identity Oversight: Manage the holistic brand identity, encompassing visual aesthetics, tonal characteristics, and brand guidelines. Uphold uniformity across all brand interfaces, including marketing collateral, packaging, websites, and social media platforms.

  • Communication Planning: Devise integrated communication blueprints to effectively engage target demographics and realize brand objectives. - Employ a blend of conventional and digital mediums, spanning advertising, public relations, social media, and content marketing.

  • Content Development and Management: Supervise the creation of captivating content across diverse platforms, such as articles, blogs, videos, and social media updates. Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to produce top-tier content tailored to the target audience.

  • Public Relations Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other pivotal stakeholders. Craft PR strategies to garner positive media exposure and adeptly handle crisis communications if needed.

  • Campaign Execution: Strategize and execute marketing campaigns aimed at promoting products/services, amplifying brand visibility, and fostering customer engagement. Continuously monitor campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine strategies as needed.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to grasp industry trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer preferences. Utilize data analytics to assess the efficacy of branding and communication initiatives, offering actionable insights for enhancement.

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of branding and communication professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to facilitate their professional development. Foster a collaborative environment conducive to project success. And

  • Any other duties relevant t the role.


Skills and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Demonstrable experience in branding, marketing, or communications roles, with an emphasis on strategy formulation and execution.

  • Profound understanding of brand management fundamentals, marketing methodologies, and communication tactics.

  • Native Arabic Speaker and Fluent in English (both written and oral)

  • Computer Literate (MS Office)

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication prowess, adept at crafting persuasive narratives tailored to diverse audiences.

  • Innovative thinker with a penchant for storytelling and brand narrative development.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, analytics, and content management systems.

  • Strong leadership acumen, capable of motivating teams and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and metrics.

  • Experience thriving in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
