Leads JRF’s Handicrafts Production Centre of IKEA project to meet the sales demands.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitors the performance of efficiency, quality, attendance, safety, and cost inside the production centre and warehouse to ensure timely achievement of sales.
• Follows up on all customer’s portal activities (PDOC/ECIS/CONNECT/DWP/SSTS/SSCM/SSI) to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Manages the activities and tasks of both the technical audit and the compliance audit to ensure the required score is achieved.
• Delivers the weekly planned production quantities to ensure the timely achievement of sales.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in the processes and practices to ensure alignment with the required operational improvement.
• Ensures the planning, coordination, product development, production lines, costing process and all other related matters to successfully deliver production.
• Ensures forecasting of production to meets the sales demand plans.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices to improve productivity.
• Communicates with customer during the development and production stages, and attends the weekly meeting with them, to ensure the timelines of development and production stages are met.
• Communicates with the raw material and service suppliers, to ensure receiving the needed material and services on time for production
• Monitors the Logistics activities of both import and export of IKEA project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
• 8+ Years of experience.
• Proven track record of streamlining and implementing process improvements.
