Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Team Lead - Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a team of designers, driving the creative vision and ensuring high-quality design solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and other stakeholders, to deliver compelling and innovative designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and guide a team of designers, providing constructive feedback, fostering professional growth, and ensuring adherence to best practices
• Develop and communicate a clear creative vision that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring consistency and innovation across all design projects
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality design solutions on time
• Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and ensure seamless integration of designs
• Create and review design concepts, mockups, and prototypes for a variety of projects, including digital interfaces, branding materials, marketing collateral.
• Maintain high standards for design quality, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations and adhere to brand guidelines and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve design processes and outcomes
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users, clients, and team members to refine and enhance design solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including leadership in design projects and examples of innovative and effective design solutions
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign) strong understanding of design principles, typography, and user experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects, and drive creative strategy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
