Role Summary

A next-generation trading provider in Dubai is looking for a dynamic IT Administrator, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. This role is crucial in maintaining the functionality of our trading platforms, handling technical issues, and supporting our staff in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT systems in Fintech

Experience

Minimum 2 years working experience as an IT Administrator, preferably with an international stockbroker in the Forex industry.

Responsibilities

• Technology Integration: Collaborate with other departments to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
• System Management: Oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network systems.
• System Support: Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Communication Systems: Manage and optimize communication tools and platforms, including email systems, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
• Security Management: Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to IT systems and communication technologies promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of ICT systems, configurations, and support activities.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support of ICT equipment and services
