Customer Support & Operations Junior Officer (E-Commerce)

Job Description:


As a Customer Support and Operations Officer at HYD, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries on social media, monitoring, and processing online orders, managing inventory in both the warehouse and retail sites, and coordinating local delivery logistics and other relevant internal operations procedures. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Customer Support:

  • Handle customer inquiries and support on various social media platforms.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Coordinate and support local delivery arrangements.
  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.

Order Monitoring:

  • Monitor and manage online orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Address any order-related issues, including cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Arrange order fulfillemnts with 3rd parties.
  • Handle communication with warehouse team and delivery.

Inventory Management:

  • Handle restocking of retail locations to ensure adequate product availability.
  • Manage inventory levels in both warehouse and retail locations.
  • Conduct regular inventory check ups o maintain accuracy.

  • Working hours: 9-6

Qualifications:


  • Fresh Graduates or 1-2 years of experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Adminstration, Logistcs or equivelant.
  • Excellent Arabic language.
  • Very good-Execellent English Language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical and analytical skills.
  • Leadership skills.
