Executive – Channel Relations

Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The Channel Relations Manager is responsible for driving sales through brokerage channels by fostering strong partnerships, providing necessary support, and strategically aligning the efforts of brokerage firms with the company’s goals.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Expansion:

  • Onboard new agencies from local and international sources to drive sales in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Activate dormant agencies through engagement.

Relationship Building and Maintenance:

  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with brokerage firms to ensure a steady flow of business and foster trust and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between the property development company and brokerage firms to maintain smooth and productive working relationships.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with brokerage companies, ensuring that contracts are beneficial for both parties and align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between brokerage firms and the property development company, ensuring that feedback from brokers is communicated to internal teams to improve products, services, and support.
  • Ensure that all brokerage activities comply with industry regulations and the company's standards and policies.

Sales Support and Enablement:

  • Provide brokerage companies with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell the property development company's offerings. This might include marketing materials, sales presentations, and product knowledge sessions.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure that the needs and insights of brokerage firms are incorporated into the company’s broader strategies and operations.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the performance of brokerage companies. This includes setting sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning brokerage activities with the company's overall business goals.
  • Design and implement social incentive programs to motivate brokerage firms to prioritize the company's properties. This could include breakfast meetings and appreciation rewards.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track the performance of brokerage firms, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to HSD on the status of channel partnerships and their contribution to the company's revenue.
