Job Description
We at Leo International HRC Looking to hire Quantity Surveyor in Fit out for one of our construction client in Dubai.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the quantity surveying process for fitout projects.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
- Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process.
- Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and claims.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate the procurement process for materials and services.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
- Analyze and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and payment certificates.
- Provide advice on cost control, value engineering, and cost-saving measures.
