- Lead procurement activities for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment while adhering to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry developments, trends, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Resolve issues and disputes that arise with suppliers, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
