Key Responsibilities :

Documentation: Prepare and review necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.
Marketing : Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process, addressing client concerns and questions promptly.
Compliance : Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Networking: Build a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors.
