CNC Machine Shop Supervisor and Planner

Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Shop Supervisor and Planner with proven expertise in leading and planning operations in a CNC machine shop environment. UAE experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of CNC machine operators

Plan and schedule production, ensuring timely delivery of orders

Optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and improve efficiency

Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for CNC machining

Program CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise on fanuc/siemens

Inspect finished parts and ensure adherence to quality standards

Coordinate with customers for onsite inspections and address any concerns

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Forecast production requirements and plan for future capacity needs

Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity

Grow the company to the next level, exploring new business opportunities and strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in a CNC machine shop, with UAE experience being mandatory

Strong knowledge of CNC programming and tool selection

Excellent understanding of quality control principles and procedures

Proficiency in computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Leadership and supervisory skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

Salary: AED 4500 /6000 + Transportation + Incentive ( Experience counts )

Factory working 2 shifts as day and night
