Job Descriptions We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the jewellery stores' operations and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
- Develop and implement promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer footfall
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance and appeal
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development
Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in the jewellery business
- Must have a valid UAE Driving license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in different locations as needed
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
