Your new role: As the Key Account Manager - Egypt, Libya & Sudan; you must possess strong market, environment, distributor management and customer knowledge to develop and deliver annual business plan and achieve annual growth. You will have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, distributor management, tender requirement preparations, relationship building, and closing deals. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in your territory. Selling products and services using solid knowledge to prospective customers. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales. What you'll be doing in your new role: Develop sustainable long-term relationship with business partner and key influencers in the market to maintain current business growth. Ensure customer satisfaction with products, solutions, services and after sales support and manage ongoing business meetings that facilitate open discussions and market visibility. Prospect and support business partner for new business opportunities in the assigned territory, in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio. Qualify new leads to maintain identified business to promote a healthy sales funnel for future sales with focusing on both horizontal and vertical growth of product lines. Drive profitable revenue by identifying and closing opportunities within strategic accounts. Set monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast for annual business plan and ensures accuracy and achievement. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within agreed upon yearly AOP. Supply Sales Manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Support and monitor business partner’s performance with key customers within territory to ensure proper coordination to respond properly to customers’ requirements. Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders of business partners, critical customers as well as KOLs to anticipate customers’ needs and insights in your territories. Product, market, and competitive intelligence - serve as resource for questions about products, services, and solutions. Responsible for managing/controlling the business partner and the customers inventory to ensure in and out reagent process. Follow-up on governmental and private tenders in your assigned territory, align with the distributor and feed his manager and the company with all the necessary information and actions on time. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize the business development in Egypt, Libya and Sudan. The individual: Bachelor's Degree in Medical background required. 4+ years experience in Laboratory Diagnostics sales role(s) is a must ideally in - Clinical Laboratory, Immunohematology and Hematology. Experience in managing distributors in the field of In-Vitro Diagnostics is preferred. Knowledge of Egyptian market is a must, and Libya & Sudan is plus. Proficient at analyzing commercial data and identify key trends or drivers of change. Solid understanding of trends in the diagnostic market and factors that influence the market place would be beneficial. Highly motivated and target drive with a proven track record in sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is a must. Market and product knowledge: Stay abreast of key market changes, trends, competitive intelligence, and anticipate changes in the external environment Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders of critical customers /NGOs, GPOs as well as KOLs to anticipate customers’ needs and insights in his territories (public and private) Product, market and competitive intelligence - serve as resource for questions about products, services and solutions. Proactively forecast market, industry, technology and competitive trends. Identify and maintain a deep understanding of competitors offering. Maintain a constant focus on how regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines impact the business. Required travel is - 70%.
