We are now hiring Workshop Supervisor for our Dubai location (in Industrial city)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Yard Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Supervise and coordinate the activities of the workshop, including planning, scheduling, and assigning tasks to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of materials, tools, and Heavy Machinery equipment, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
- coordinate and supervise the activities of the workshop.
- Performs maintenance trend analysis and applies production control, quality control, and other maintenance control.
- Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
- English and Hindi is Mandatory.
- Degree or Diploma is preferrable.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
