Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Instrumentation Engineer (Kaharama/Ashghal) to join our team. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining instrumentation systems for various industrial processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and accurate measurement of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow in the Kaharama/Ashghal projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assess Instrumentation performance and recommend improvements for system optimization.
• Develop models and design components for automated systems.
• Develop and maintain lifecycle management activities for instrumentation systems.
• Design, install, and troubleshoot instrumentation systems in industrial settings.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Instrumentation and contribute to the troubleshooting activities.
• Conducting calibration, testing and maintenance of systems.
• Configuring automated, electrical systems and processes.
• Designing, developing and maintaining control systems.
• Designing and supervising installation, wiring and signal conditioning.
• Creating and maintaining documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and manuals for instrumentation systems.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in instrumentation technology and recommending improvements or upgrades to existing systems.
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in managing end-end construction activities of ELECTRICAL Kaharama/Ashghal projects.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation, control systems, complex systems and mathematics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or in a related Engineering discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven Project Management skills, including the ability to manage the project.
• Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
• Extensive knowledge of the modern methods, techniques and materials used in the design.
• Familiar with Industrial/International Codes and Standards.
• UPDA Certified will be an added advantage.
