The Ranch is an agritourism resort and equestrian club in the serene village of Kfar Hazir, Al Koura. Our 15-room hotel, organic garden, horseback riding trails, and large terrace restaurant offer guests a peaceful escape into nature, far from the stress of city life.
The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a positive guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to grow within the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt and courteous service.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s PMS (Property Management System).
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues promptly or escalating when necessary.
• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Manage reservations and room assignments.
• Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
Key attributes:
• Prior experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Fluent in English and Arabic French is a plus.
This role will report to the General Manager.
