Administrative Assistant

An Audit Frim is Looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle office tasks and support compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with department heads and staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow for the General Manager’s office.
• Manage all internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Cluster GM, including written and telephone communication.
• Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems and ensure records are up to date.
• Monitor office operations, communication channels, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar executive support role.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and documentation handling.
• Professional, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Commitment to sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Manage schedules, emails & office communication
• Assist with compliance audits & documentation
• Prepare reports & maintain records
• Ensure policies & regulations are followed
• Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Knowledge of compliance regulations is a
plus
