Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our travel agency. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative and customer service support, ensuring smooth coordination between travel consultants, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or via email
• Manage travel bookings, reservations, and confirmations as needed
• Maintain and organize client files, travel itineraries, and vendor contracts
• Input and update data in booking systems and CRM software
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist in basic accounting tasks
• Coordinate internal meetings and maintain schedules for travel agents
• Order office supplies and ensure the workspace is neat and functional
• Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials and travel packages
• Support the planning of group tours, events, and special travel arrangements
• Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools
• Basic knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic
