Responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and specs, and coordinating with teams to maintain quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise construction works and ensure compliance with design and standards.

Review, prepare, and coordinate shop drawings for approval and site use.

Prepare and update as-built drawings reflecting actual site conditions.

Perform quantity take-offs, verify site quantities, and assist in BOQs and payments.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth workflow.

Maintain site documentation, reports, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture, minimum 4 years of site experience, knowledge of AutoCAD MS offices, and strong coordination skills
