Position Summary / Job Brief:

The 3D Modeler will be responsible for creating highly detailed 3D models and visualizations for various projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to bring concepts to life and create realistic visual representations of project plans. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in 3D modeling software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to produce accurate and compelling visual content.


Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.


Required Experience & Certificates:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D modeling, visualization, or a similar field, ideally in the construction, architecture, or design industry.
-Proven experience creating 3D models and renderings for architectural, civil, or MEP projects.
-A portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling and rendering work is required.
-Professional certifications or training in 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.


Required Skills:

-Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or Blender.
-Advanced knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion, or Enscape.
-Familiarity with other design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for post-processing and visualization.
-Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and the ability to translate them into accurate 3D models.
-Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) for architectural visualization is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail, with the ability to create highly accurate and realistic 3D representations.
-Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with a creative approach to presenting designs.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely and as part of a diverse team.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
-Availability to work on a freelance/contract basis, with flexibility to accommodate project timelines.
-Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken); knowledge of French is a plus.
-Ability to travel to project sites in Lebanon for on-site visits and coordination (when required).


Tasks and Duties:

-Develop accurate and detailed 3D models based on architectural, engineering, and MEP drawings, ensuring the integration of all design elements.
-Create photorealistic renderings and animations to present the final designs to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
-Assist in creating interior and exterior visualizations for client presentations, marketing materials, and project proposals.
-Ensure that all models are optimized for rendering, with attention to detail in textures, lighting, and materials.
-Collaborate with project teams to ensure that the 3D models align with design requirements, specifications, and timelines.
-Work closely with architects, engineers, and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality 3D visualizations.
-Provide ongoing support to the design team by generating updated models based on project changes and client feedback.
-Participate in design review meetings and provide visual insights that assist with decision-making and design refinement.
-Create detailed 3D models for various project types, including architectural (building structures, interiors, exteriors), civil (landscaping, site plans), and MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems).
-Ensure that all models and drawings are coordinated across all disciplines and align with the overall project design.
-Review and refine 3D models and visualizations to ensure they meet the required standards of quality, accuracy, and completeness.
-Make revisions and updates to models as needed based on feedback from team members, clients, or project changes.
-Create high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and 3D animations to present designs in a visually compelling way.
-Use post-processing techniques to enhance rendered images and animations, ensuring the final output is suitable for client presentations, marketing, and project documentation
