We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-level correspondence, scheduling, and documentation with the utmost professionalism and discretion. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, meeting minutes, internal and external communications, presentations, and a variety of business documents.
- Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications to ensure timely and appropriate handling.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and arranging detailed travel plans and itineraries.
- Conduct thorough research, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports and documents to support strategic decision-making.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative or executive support experience.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and a high level of professionalism.
