Position Overview:

The Signage Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding Al Hafiz Co.’s market presence in the advertising production industry. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of business development experience, with a strong understanding of digital printing, signage, and event installations. This role requires an individual who can manage high workloads and thrive under stress while building and nurturing key-client relationships. A background in engineering, architecture, interior design, or CAD drafting will be considered highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding key client accounts.

Lead negotiations and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Present innovative solutions and manage client relationships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5-10 years’ relevant experience in business development within the signage or advertising production sectors (experience in Kuwait preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital printing, signage, and event installations.
• Proficient in account management with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have a valid driving license.
